Guarantee: I have full confidence in our products. If you are not completely satisfied I will take the item or items back with full reimbursement no questions asked within 30 days of the purchaser receiving the item. If you need to send something back please contact us first so I am aware of the return. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping back to us.

Shipping Destinations: We ship orders to Canada and the USA only.

Placing an Order: Each item has a direct email link and Item ID Included. Email your order request and we will send you a Paypal Invoice (no account is needed for this). Once an order has been purchased please allow 2 - 3 weeks for it to arrive to you as all goods are custom made on demand for each order placed. I will pass along tracking information as soon as we have it.

How Can I Make Payment: Email us your order request and we will send you a Paypal Invoice. No account is needed for this all credit cards are accepted. If you would prefer to do an E - Transfer please let us know.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Fees: Shipping is a flat rate fee of $15.00 CAD for both Canada and the USA. We ship all goods through the Post Office. Tracking information will be provided as soon as we have it.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order: Once an order has been purchased please allow 2 - 3 weeks until it arrives to you as all goods are custom made on demand for each order placed. I try to ship all orders asap!
